Do I need a static public IP for my ZKTeco device?
No. ATGO uses the device's outbound HTTP/HTTPS — the same channel any IoT device uses. Works behind NAT, behind firewalls, on mobile hotspots. No router config needed.
Will my biometric templates be uploaded to your servers?
No. Our API gateway drops every FP / FACE / BIODATA / USERPIC / FINGERTMP / ATTPHOTO line before persisting. We literally cannot read biometric templates because we never store them.
What happens when my credit runs out?
Your workspace auto-downgrades to the Free plan at midnight. Existing attendance data is preserved indefinitely. Top up anytime to restore paid features.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes — on Business and above. Add a CNAME to attendance.yourcompany.com, click Verify, and ATGO auto-provisions a Let's Encrypt cert. Usually live in under 2 minutes.
Which payment methods do you support?
Card / Apple Pay / SEPA via Paddle, VietQR bank transfer for Vietnam (instant), and Razorpay for India. Refund within 14 days for any reason.
